Delivery

Cancellation or Modification of Orders

8.2 If the order has been packed, changes are not possible. You must wait for delivery and follow the returns process. Notify us in advance if you intend to return the items.

8.3 Orders are processed automatically. Refunds are only possible within 24 hours if the items have not been dispatched.
